We ensure that your order is delivered to the postal address provided during the checkout process.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are calculated based on the postal address you enter at checkout.
- Quebec, Montreal and surrounding areas near highways 20 and 40 (15 km radius from the highway exit) : Delivery within 48 hours.
- Rest of Quebec: For other regions of Quebec, please allow a delay of 5 working days from confirmation of the order.
SHIPPING COST
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You will find details of delivery costs during the payment process, before finalizing your order.
Delivery is free for orders over $300 throughout the province of Quebec. Fees may apply for deliveries outside the province of Quebec.
TRACKING CONTROL
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to easily locate your package. You will therefore be able to know the status of your delivery at any time.
GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Each delivery must be made to a single address. An adult must be present when delivering large packages.
We offer a delivery service by truck or courier, depending on the nature of the merchandise purchased and the location of delivery.
We will contact the customer to advise them of the expected delivery date. The estimated date is, however, subject to change depending on the availability of the merchandise, the delivery location, the conditions of the premises and any other circumstances beyond the control of Bundle. For these reasons, Bundle cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the initially scheduled delivery date.
When delivery is made to the home, the customer must ensure that the dimensions of doorways, stairs and the storage space provided are large enough to allow the delivery people to carry out their work in complete safety and without constraints. .
The entrance to the customer's home must be clear and accessible at the time of delivery.
To avoid any damage, it is recommended that the customer protect the floor coverings in their home. For safety reasons, delivery people must keep their shoes on.
The carrier will confirm a non-negotiable delivery window of 4 hours, between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., one day before the scheduled delivery date for local home deliveries. For long distance home deliveries (deliveries outside the province of Quebec), a delivery window will be provided once the carrier has received your merchandise. Bundle cannot be held responsible if the carrier is unable to meet the scheduled delivery window due to unforeseeable circumstances.
Delivery personnel are not responsible for inspection, unpacking or assembly of merchandise. They will not take back or throw away your old furniture or any other debris. In the event that elevators are not available or non-existent, the delivery people will go up a maximum of two (2) floors. The customer must ensure safe access to personnel and the delivery vehicle (including appropriate parking space). Any object obstructing the passage must be removed before delivery. The customer is responsible for measuring door frames, hallways and stairwells to ensure that the products will pass easily.
Upon delivery, there will be no modifications to the door frames, door trim, moldings or light fixtures to allow the passage of products. If the goods do not enter the passage, the delivery costs will not be refunded and you may be charged a return postage. Delivery drivers will not remove their safety boots. It is recommended that the customer provide protection for their floors.
When receiving your order, please ensure that you have received all the products ordered. It is recommended that you review your invoice before delivery personnel leave the premises, and notify them of any discrepancies.
Please indicate any incident during delivery on your invoice and contact us as soon as possible. The carrier will not be responsible for a problematic situation that has not been raised. If you notice a defect in your merchandise, keep all of its original packaging and contact us following your delivery to ensure that appropriate measures are taken.
All Bundle products have a one-year warranty. This warranty applies only to domestic use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, discoloration of the product due to exposure to light, shrinkage or pilling of materials, or misuse of the product.
Ready-to-assemble products should be handled with care and caution. Inspect every part and hardware BEFORE assembly. Claims for parts and/or hardware must be made PRIOR to assembly. Damage resulting from assembly errors and/or improper handling of parts, including scratches, is not covered by this warranty.

Before receiving your goods, we ask you to confirm the dimensions of your living spaces and furniture. The following tips are for guidance only and cannot guarantee that your furniture will fit into your desired space.

The dimensions of the furniture are available on our website on the page of each product. The dimensions displayed are presented according to the following model: Width x Depth x Height, in centimeters.

To ensure efficient and safe delivery, take care to measure the height and width of corridors and relevant access points in your home, including stairwells and elevators, if applicable.
MODIFY / POSTPONEMENT / CANCEL YOUR DELIVERY
Your order, shipping address and contact information cannot be changed within 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date and/or once your order is in transit. Additional charges may apply for any changes made to the order during this period.
If you are not available for delivery on the scheduled day, you may be charged additional delivery fees for necessary rescheduling. Additional charges may also apply for cancellation of delivery within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery date and/or once your order is in transit.
DELIVERY TO THE DOOR
Small packages delivered by a delivery service such as GLS, Nationex, Canada Post, UPS, etc. are left in front of the exterior door.
Large products or orders containing multiple products are delivered through our home delivery service, offered at a fixed price, depending on the delivery address. A member of our team will contact you to confirm a delivery date once your order is ready for delivery. Our team will confirm a delivery window, between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., one day before the scheduled delivery date.
DELIVERY TO THE ROOM OF YOUR CHOICE
The merchandise is delivered inside to the desired location
by the customer.
No unpacking or assembly will be done by delivery service personnel.
For an additional cost of $50 (before all applicable taxes - certain conditions may apply), the package will be brought to your home and left in the room of your choice.
Please note that the cost of $50* is eligible for all postal codes located in free delivery to the door zones. For postcodes outside of free delivery areas, additional costs apply.
This option must be selected when paying for the order on the structube.com website. The additional cost of $50* cannot be paid to the delivery person on the day of delivery.

WAREHOUSE PICKING
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
Please ensure that the vehicle used for pickup is suitable for the safe transportation of the merchandise in its original packaging. The product warranty applies to merchandise leaving the Bundle warehouse in its original packaging. Bundle personnel are not responsible for transporting merchandise out of the store or loading merchandise into your vehicle. Bundle is not responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle while loading the goods. Bundle cannot be held responsible if the goods cannot be loaded into the vehicle due to dimensions and/or weight. Once available, orders must be picked up within 14 days otherwise they will be canceled and refunded.
