WARRANTY, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

WARRANTY POLICY

All products are covered by a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as tears, scratches, damage caused by impact or accident, fading of the product, shrinkage, pilling of materials, deformation of upholstery materials and stains.

Products that have been improperly stored, assembled or installed, used improperly, overused, misused, modified or cleaned using unsuitable methods and/or products are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been placed outdoors or exposed to extreme conditions. It does not cover indirect or consequential damages. It does not apply to floor models or products sold in liquidation.

The original receipt is required for any claim and is non-transferable.

Ready-to-assemble products should be handled with care and caution. Inspect every part and hardware BEFORE assembly. Claims for parts and/or hardware must be made PRIOR to assembly.

Damage resulting from assembly errors and/or mishandling of parts, including scratches, is not covered by this warranty, except for orders benefiting from the Bundle experience.

Certain consumer rights arising from applicable federal or provincial legislation may supersede certain terms of this warranty. The warranty does not modify, in any way, the rights granted to you by law.

Accordingly, the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt or pickup of your order, upon presentation of proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be granted on clearance products or final sale products.

Returns and exchanges are subject to a shipping fee of $69 plus applicable taxes.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected the returned or exchanged merchandise.

Back :

We will contact you to let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your payment method
original within 10 working days. Please note that this may take a
some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and makes the reimbursement.

Exchange :

We will contact you to let you know whether or not the exchange is approved. Exchanges can only be made to the address where the products were originally delivered.

For purchases made online, please complete the form below as quickly as possible with a detailed description of the problem. Please accompany your request with a photo.

Returns on items with a volume purchase discount are accepted. In the event that your return is accepted, you will receive a refund equivalent to the discount price having been paid for the item you are returning. However, the amount of your refund will be reduced by any discount granted to you on other items purchased with it in the BUNDLE formula. If applicable, a purchase simulation will be carried out by our team to calculate the exact price that you should have paid for each item purchased, excluding the returned item from the BUNDLE formula. Your refund will therefore consist of the price paid for the returned item, less the excess that you would have had to pay on your BUNDLE plan without this item.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well
as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping
of your items may take longer than expected.
