Is it safe to give out my personal information and credit card information on your website?

It is absolutely safe to use your credit card on our website. Confidential information is transmitted through the same encryption system used by financial institutions.

What are the forms of payment accepted ?

For purchases made online, we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, as well as Bundle gift cards.

Does Bundle offer multi-month payment options?

The multi-month payment option is offered through partner Afterpay. Visit the financing page for more information.

What is your price adjustment policy?

Any price adjustment will be granted within 14 days of receipt or pick-up of your merchandise, upon presentation of the original receipt. Certain conditions and exceptions may apply.

When will my order be billed?

Your order will be billed at the time it is placed.

Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed.

What can I do if a product is not available?

If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can still order it. We will contact you as soon as all the products in your order are available and ready to ship.

What does the estimated return to stock date represent on your website?

The estimated back-in-stock date shown is the approximate date the product will arrive at our Distribution Center. Although this date is generally accurate (plus or minus 2 weeks), it is subject to change without notice. Please note that this date does not reflect the pickup or delivery date of your order.

Why is the return to stock date on your website postponed?

Please note that the estimated back in stock date on our site represents the next shipment in which you can reserve your item. When all products available in a shipment have been reserved, the site will indicate the date of the next shipment, etc. As a result, our estimated back-in-stock dates change frequently. We strongly encourage you to place your order as soon as possible to ensure your item is reserved in the next available shipment. Please note that if you wait until the next back in stock date to place an order, there is no guarantee that quantities will be available then.

Why might my order be delivered late?

Bundle's global supply chain includes hundreds of people, hundreds of facilities and multiple modes of transportation working together to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Although we make every effort to reduce risks that may cause delays in our supply chain, there are some external factors beyond our immediate control. These include labor shortages, raw material shortages, congestion at seaports, breakdowns in road and rail transportation, bad weather, as well as geopolitical and economic issues. We apologize for any delay in processing your order and thank you for your patience. Rest assured that we are doing everything necessary to ensure that it reaches you as quickly as possible.

Is your furniture assembled?

In order to provide our customers with quality products at competitive prices, several products are mostly already assembled. A large majority of furniture arrives disassembled, to facilitate transport and reduce costs.

Is it possible to change the fabric or materials of a product?

Our carefully designed collections are only offered in the choice of materials, measurements and colors presented on our site.

Can I order replacement parts?

It is not possible to purchase replacement parts. However, please contact us and we will check our inventory to see if we have a replacement part. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to find your parts, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping charges may apply for sending the part.

Are the colors of the products on the site accurate?

Our team strives to present the colors and textures of the products as faithfully as possible. However, colors displayed may vary from monitor to monitor.

Can I use two payment methods to make an online purchase?

You can use two payment methods to complete your purchase. However, you can only pay for an online order with the combination of a gift card and credit card. Separating payment on two different credit cards is not possible.

Do you offer international delivery?

The majority of items are currently delivered only to Canada. However, all small items are deliverable from outside Canada.

What delivery options are offered?

We strive to deliver our products in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner. Accessories and small furniture are delivered by standard shipping. Large and heavy products are delivered through our home delivery service. We also offer the option of picking up your merchandise from the warehouse by selecting this choice at checkout. What is the difference between “Standard Delivery” and “Bundle Experience Delivery” ?

Standard delivery is via known courier or a partner carrier. Standard package delivery refers to the usual and generally least expensive shipping method offered by a carrier or delivery service.

Delivery through the Bundle experience goes beyond simple delivery, this service also offers the assembly of your furniture, the aesthetic arrangement of each element and even complete cleaning with the folding of your beds.

What are the shipping fees ?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery address. Delivery costs can be determined by entering your postal code when viewing your shopping cart.

Delivery is free for packages over $300 provided that the delivery location is in the province of Quebec in the corridor of highway 20 or 40 and 15 km from the highway exit,

Are taxes charged on delivery costs?

Provincial and regional taxes apply to delivery charges.

How can I check the status of my order ?

How can I modify or cancel my order? Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order. We will be happy to offer you appropriate options depending on the status of your order. Please note that changes to an order already scheduled may result in additional delivery costs.

What can I do if I missed my delivery ?

If you are not available for the scheduled delivery, you may be charged additional delivery fees for rescheduling or canceling delivery while the merchandise is in transit. Please contact us for more information.

What is the process for warehouse pickups for online orders ?

You will receive an email when all your products have left our distribution center. You will also receive an email notification once your order is ready to be picked up in store. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive at the store. The warehouse is located at 2925 avenue Kepler, Quebec, QC, G1X 3V4.

Product Information

Why are there differences between the color description and the product color in the samples and photos?

The description of color is only a descriptive term. As color may vary depending on materials and textures, we recommend that you rely on the product photos as these remain more representative. Will the product I will receive have the same color as those presented online and in store? The color may not be identical. We do our best to maintain color consistency, but there may be noticeable differences from one production batch to the next. The products presented online and in store do not always come from the same production batch, the same goes for the product you ordered. Please keep in mind that colors may vary depending on screen resolutions of mobile and stationary devices.

What is the maximum weight capacity of a product ?

We prefer not to list a weight capacity, but you may notice that some articles online list a load capacity. Please note that this is representative of a static (non-moving) charge only and therefore is not a true representation of how the item will be used during its lifetime. Although static load is calculated in the laboratory with controlled conditions, it is often greatly exaggerated and does not fully represent normal (moving) conditions of use. If our items are properly assembled and maintained and used only for the purposes for which they were designed, they will not fail you. We hope to have something for everyone, but at this time we do not offer any products with reinforced construction.

What is a Bundle gift card and where can I get one?

The Bundle gift card allows you to choose the amount you want to gift and the recipient can exchange it for the products of their choice, of equal or lesser value. It is possible to obtain a gift card online.

Where can I use my Bundle gift card?

Gift cards can be used online. You can use your gift card to purchase any products offered by Bundle.

Where can I check my Bundle gift card balance?

It is possible to view the balance of your gift card at the time of payment.

Are there any fees to pay when using a Bundle gift card?

Bundle does not impose any fees or penalties associated with the use or non-use of Bundle Gift Cards.

What happens if I lose my Bundle gift card?

Bundle will not replace the value of a gift card in the event of loss, theft or unauthorized use.

Do Bundle gift cards expire?

Bundle gift cards do not have an expiration date.

If I purchased a Bundle gift card, can I return it or receive a full refund ?

Bundle gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

What is your return policy ?

Please refer to our warranty policy above to ensure that your items are eligible for an exchange or return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt or pickup of your order, upon presentation of the original receipt. Unused product must be returned in its original condition and packaging . Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of furniture, unless the furniture has a manufacturing defect. A return or exchange on a mattress cannot be made if it has been unpacked from its original packaging. No used, abused, stained, soiled or otherwise unsanitary mattresses will be accepted.

How can I return merchandise ?

What should I do if my product is delivered to me damaged or defective ?

Please contact us as soon as possible with a detailed description of the defect or damage and a photo. We will assist you without worries! If your purchase was made and/or picked up in a warehouse, please contact Bundle to process your request.

Warranty Policy

All Bundle products are covered by a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.

Our products are not intended for commercial or industrial use unless otherwise noted.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as tears, scratches, damage caused by impact or accident, fading of the product, shrinkage, pilling of materials, deformation of upholstery materials and stains. Products that have been improperly stored, assembled or installed, used improperly, overused, misused, modified or cleaned using unsuitable methods and/or products are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been placed outdoors or exposed to extreme conditions.

It does not cover indirect or consequential damages. It does not apply to floor models or products sold in liquidation.

The original receipt is required for any claim and is non-transferable. Ready-to-assemble products should be handled with care and caution. Inspect every part and hardware BEFORE assembly. Claims for parts and/or hardware must be made PRIOR to assembly.

Damage resulting from assembly errors and/or improper handling of parts, including scratches, is not covered by this warranty. Certain consumer rights arising from applicable federal or provincial legislation may supersede certain terms of this warranty. The warranty does not modify, in any way, the rights granted to you by law.

Accordingly, the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
